Have you ever felt like you're stuck in a hamster wheel, running and running but never getting anywhere? The daily grind, the constant noise of life, the expectations of others – it can all feel overwhelming. It's no surprise that many of us find ourselves in this "midlife floundering zone." We're caught between the routines and habits of the past and the uncertainty of the future.
I've been there. I wrote about it in my book Lady and the Tribe. I wondered what was next for me since I felt like I had already checked off most of the boxes, and I didn't really know who I was anymore. I asked the Universe "Is this all there is"? I was lost. I found myself questioning my identity, my beliefs and behaviors, and wondering if this was really the life I wanted to live. It's like being surrounded by a cacophony of voices, each telling you what you should think, feel, and do. But sometimes, those voices don't align with our true selves.
If you're feeling this way, know that you're not alone. Many women are going through similar experiences. That's why I created the Whole YOU Retreat for women. It's a chance to escape the noise, connect with like-minded women, and rediscover yourself.
Imagine spending a few days or a week in a beautiful destination, surrounded by nature. Picture yourself engaging in activities that nourish your body and soul, like yoga, nature walks, meditation, and delicious meals. Imagine being guided by a team of feminine thought leaders who will help you uncover your "why," break free from limiting patterns, and fine-tune your health and wellness habits.
Most importantly, imagine finding a new Tribe – a group of women who understand what you're going through, support you on your journey, and learn how to build your own Lady Tribe of support back home.
We offer 3-4 retreats each year, so there's bound to be one that fits your schedule. Our next retreat is in Breckenridge, Colorado, October 24-27th, 2024. Come enjoy the fall colors and fill your tank so you can return refreshed and ready to launch into your newly uncovered passions.
You deserve this time for yourself. It's not selfish; it's essential. So, let's dive deep into self-exploration, discover our purpose, and get passionate about life again.
All my love,
Brenda
