Someone recently asked me: How do you stay mentally positive all the time? After putting some thought to the question 🤔, here was my answer: It's a daily decision and some days are easier than others but you may need to re-program your mind with a personalized regimen of positive brain washing! Maybe at some point in life, someone told you over and over again that you were nothing and worthless. Eventually your brain believes it, documents it like a tape-recorder, and plays that message back to you. Or maybe it is your own inner critic second guessing you and spinning woulda-coulda-shouldas and doubt in your mind. We can fix this!
